Never done Salsa before (or only a few classes)? No problems! This is the course for you! Our fun, friendly and well trained instructors will take you through the basics of Salsa, with a balance of good technique, fun and lots of humour.


This is the first of over 10 levels building towards New York Style of Salsa, and no matter what type of Salsa you eventually fall in love with, the basics are similar. This course will give you a strong foundation for your Salsa in the in the future.


Course package Includes:

  • Private Lesson (Normal Price $70) at time of your choice.
  • Free Level 1 Repeat (Commencing half way through level 1)
  • That’s over 16 hours of tuition

  • What Style of Salsa is this course?

This course builds towards a style of Salsa that has become synonymous with New York. SInce the the 1950s, Salsa has been danced to a fusion of Latin Jazz and Cuban Rhythms which has resulted a silky smooth, groovy form of Salsa danced on the the ”Conga’ rhythm of the music.

JRDA is located in a mixed commercial residential area, so we keep our signage to a minimum to keep in character with the streetscape. We ask you to respect the privacy and serenity of our neighbours whilst moving to and from the front of the building. Thank you
