Learn all the body isolations you need for Salsa, Rumba, African … or any other dance style! This class is based on African dance moves and rhythms, which are the basis of many dance forms, including Salsa, Jazz, Hip Hop and other related styles.

The class will give you the perfect workout and shines for the dance floor, and will also focus on timing, musicality & body isolations. The language and earthy way of moving is from West Africa.

Inge is an internationally renowned teacher & performer who specializes in West-African dance, contemporary and Jazz.
